Migration guide
Moving from another scheduling or studio tool doesn’t have to mean losing your rhythm. This is the order we recommend — solo instructors and studio owners.
Account, library, first plan, a handful of clients
Full schedule in Hone; team invited; optional parallel run
Public booking on Hone; old tool canceled
Sign up and walk through onboarding — discipline, equipment, and whether you’re solo or running a studio. No credit card required.
Use the trial to build real plans and log a few sessions before you cut over.
Your exercise library is already here — reformer, Megaformer, mat, and more. Recreate your go-to sequences as class plans; most instructors have their core templates done in an afternoon.
Plans are searchable, printable, and ready for live teaching with the in-class timer.
Create client profiles and note contraindications, preferences, and goals. That context follows them across every session and every instructor on your team.
You don’t need a perfect import on day one — start with active clients and fill in history as you teach.
Add classes to the studio calendar, assign instructors, and attach the right plan to each slot. Instructors only see their own assignments; owners see the full week.
Studios: turn on booking when you’re ready and share your public link.
Studio owners invite instructors by email. Everyone shares the same exercise library, client roster, and schedule — subs can claim classes and walk in with the full plan.
Solo instructors can skip this step.
Many studios keep the old tool live while the team gets comfortable in Hone. Log sessions in Hone even if booking still points elsewhere for a few days.
Parallel running lowers risk and gives you a clean cutover date.
Update your website, email signature, and client comms with your Hone booking link. Cancel the old subscription once your team is teaching from Hone.
Your data in Hone stays yours — nothing is deleted when a trial ends until you choose to leave.
